So, this is significantly larger than I thought it would be, but I absolutely love it. It's attractive looking, and warms the towels, and as long as you have the wall space, it's really a great addition to any bathroom!

Once I had everything I needed, it was a breeze to get set up. It does exactly what it says it will in terms of warming towels up, though maybe not evenly. Aesthetically, I think there's room for improvement, but it's not hideous. I don't even dislike the price.My gripe that takes it down to a 4 is the fact that I didn't get all the hardware I needed to install this. That meant a trip to the hardware store to get the pieces they didn't include for me. That seems like a base level function to make sure is in the box.
