These seem to work fine for about 6 months before the solar panels stop recharging the camera batteries for whatever reason. I bought two of these, have the same issue with both. Wish I had just invested in industrial grade IP cameras and solar setups. Waste of money if you ask me.

It's great! Overall, the video quality is excellent. The only reason for giving it four instead of five stars is because the app and the wifi connection could be better. It's really not that far away from my router but it frequently does become disconnected and I have to wait a bit of time for it to resolve itself.I also wish the app had features for filtering the types of motion in the recordings

For price and quality this is a great camera. I have used a nest system since 2017 and with no updates and bs aware subscription I was worried this was going to be another bricked google product. I have eyed these for a while and were skeptical with claims and price. I tried and i have been very happy. The different features alone make it already a better product than most. I ended up buying another one and pan tilt for my backyard where i could wire up without drilling to many holes. Love the local storage. Solar also works for me being in SoCal, make sure to mess with angle.Protip to those having issues with no detection, make sure you edit all your zones and different types of detection for sensitivity if you have larger areas or areas with a lot of trees that can naturally sway. Once you get this down its a whole new world.

Quite pleased with this camera, love that it can take an SD if you dont want to pay for the subscription. Setup was simple and the app seems fairly intuitive. Absolutely love the solar panel, not having to pull batteries or camera down to recharge is a really nice feature. Ran some tests in the dark and was impressed with the image quality. Added the light to an alarm (light only) and it flashes, seems like it will definitely make someone that isnt expecting it look right at the camera. Extremely happy with my purchase.

These camaras are the clearest videos ever and they stay fully charged by solar panel ! I’ve had them up over a week now still 100% charge and they are so clear and you can pull the videos up close and see the back in the videos just as clear! Best brand I have used yet I highly recommend and I love the alarm it has preset messages that rock ! Highly recommended item! Thanks Linda Torres

Good video quality and easy to set up and install. I don't like the fact that It doesn't allow 24/7 recording due to the energy efficiency so It only triggers recording when the AI detects motion and not when pixels change. This feature makes some of the events not being captured by the camera. It's good when no critical activity is in surveillance.

This is an excellent solar camera, I bought an eufy s220 the first time, it didn’t work at all, it motion sensed whenever the camera wanted, but the tp-link its completly different, it detects a person everytime, no failures at All, day or night, much more advance software and alert system. Very good image quality. Great camera.

This is absolutely a great camera. Set up is easy. Superb clarity. The only con is that it will give a notification even if a small bug crosses over the view.

I needed something to add extra security to my property without needing to drill allot of holes, lift floorboards and carpeting so I decided to go for this little device, yes I did have to drill one hole in order for the power cable to be connected internally and three holes for the screws to attach it to the wall but that was it!The device itself looks well built and of a good quality. There is a slot on the underside of the camera unit that is secured with two screws and this is where you can install a micro SDXC card which is a nice touch in helping prevent someone easily removing the storage card.I followed the quick start guide, downloaded the app and installation was simple. I did have to register and create a free account to set the app up but that was it, there are options available for a subscription but you don't need this for general use! Just power, storage card and either a Ethernet lead of Wi-Fi to make it work.Once everything was set up and connected I can honestly say the picture quality is amazing! I have a rather dark back garden and at night the camera picture is clear as if it was daylight and to add an extra wow factor it was in colour and I could still see everything. You do have the option of switching to monochromatic night vision but I didn’t need it.You can set up zones using the app where you want to camera to watch for and if these zones are activated either by someone crossing the line or zone you have set the app will notify you of activity and you can also set the cameras spot light to come on and even sound an alarm 🚨 to warn the intruder that they activity os being watched/recorded, you can even speak through the camera and hear what’s going on should you wish too.I think this camera is worth every penny and I am so impressed with its quality and features I will be ordering more for the rest of my property.
