Easy to assemble. At first my cat wanted nothing to do with it. But after I put carpet on it she uses it all the time.

The dimension is very suitable for a single cat.Surfaces are not slippery and safe for cats.Color can be wiped off if getting wet, but as a cat toy, it's worth the price. However, it requires the installer to be experienced on using electric drill, or it could be challenging.

My cat LOVES this curvy cat bed, he sleeps on it every day.My dad installed it quickly and I believe he added anchor reinforcements. My cat is about 18 pounds and he leaps on and off this bed it has remained sturdy and stable for 6 months now. He loves to sleep with his feet stretched out so I look up and see 2 gray paws and a tail! Haha!I highly recommend this cat bed. Giving extra higher perches has helped keep both my cats happier. Theyre not as bored and they have a place to retreat when the other is annoying them. ;)

My cat absolutely adores this. She loves the plush pad and it’s very easy to clean. I’m so glad I bought it. It’s stable and it looks nice too! Very simple to install. I would definitely recommend this.

This has been by far the worst manufacturer I've had to deal with on Amazon.I bought two perches and the bridge. All three products that I purchased are defective. My friend ordered something completely different, and that set was also missing holes!STEER CLEAR---------Update 6/23 - three days later, and it keeps getting better. They are being condescending and telling me that it's the customer's responsibility to complete fabrication of their parts. They said that we are supposed to drill the missing holes. So there we go, 3 out of 3 products that I bought from Trixie are defective, and they are blaming me for it instead of correcting the issue. My friend that recommended their product also had to get replacement parts because they were missing holes so that makes 4 out of 4 products are defective.Customer support continuing to state that their "phone lines are down". No they aren't. They're working perfectly fine. They just refuse to work the phones which is probably why it isn't easy to find a phone number, and it's a local one, not toll-free.-------------------6/22 update: customer support decided to reply to my email after two days, and stated that we cannot get through because they are having issues with their phone lines that they are trying to correct. That is patently false. I called and reached the accounting department perfectly fine, and you can leave them a voicemail as well. This American company simply has decided to operate short days (8 to 4) and not be accessible by telephone. What’s sad is this company’s products were recommended by a friend, and even she had to get replacement parts for her stuff. This company is worse than the Chinese options on here--------------------------I ordered two perches and the bridge. I managed to get one perch up so far, and attempted the bridge. The other perch remains in the box because my experience so far has been so poor that it may all be going back. I will take the mounted one down to ship back if the rest goes back.Across the board, the instructions are a joke. Whoever thought what they wrote was adequate needs to be in a different line of work, because I am not a kind reader. Here is an example of their fine work:“First step assemble the parts as shown in the manual”There is no "manual". They give you a drawing that shows parts already assembled together, labeled them with part letters, and lo and behold…not only do they not tell you how to assemble it, HOW does one assemble something when they didn’t drill holes? They didn’t mention that you need woodworking skills and have a work table, vice, and drill (because you're not supposed to).Sheet rock anchors are too soft. They say drill into the wall, the plastic is so soft that they strip. Using a screw driver, the plastic isn’t hard enough to cut grooves so it won’t screw in.Now for my FAVORITE part: I tried contacting them for support. Their phone system says dial 230 to speak with a customer service rep. That sends you to a message that says the mailbox is full then hangs up on you. That means not only do they not answer the phone but they also don’t check voicemails. Your only option is to email them.Poor quality product, and already support is by email only because apparently they don’t provide live assistance. What’s sad and embarrassing is this company is in the USA.I sent them an email asking for a return call. I will update this review if they call me and my experience improves.

I'm not a fan of cat towers due to the floor space they consume so I purchased this awesome perch along with another set of cat wall ramps/beds. My boy loves it even though it isn't quite big enough for him to sprawl, your cat probably needs one too.

It's well built but the instructions are very vague, the hardware it comes with is trash so I bought my own, and if you're not someone experienced with mounting heavy things to walls, or unable to find or hire someone who is, you're in for a long struggle. However once you manage to install it securely under a window, your cat will basically never want to leave it, and it does look nice on the wall. The padding is super cheap and attracts tons of lint. The size of the shelf is good for medium or small cats. If your cat is over 15 lbs you'll probably want to get a larger shelf.

Wanted something to help my cat stay out of arms reach of toddler. This works great. Bought steps to match (also from Amazon) so that she could climb up/down with ease. She’s a small cat (fluffy, but small). This would fit big cats, but I would find a larger shelf if it were me. Sturdy enough that I won’t stress over it. I do think it’s a little over priced, like other “cat shelves.” It’s a shelf. Overall, I’m happy with my decision… and so is our fur baby 🩷

We attached to the wall (drywall) using toggle bolts. Some people call these butterfly anchors. Figure out what kind of hardware you need for where the bed is to be hung, and have it on hand ahead of time. If you know you can hit a stud with at least one of the fasteners that’s a plus. But where we wanted to put it fell right between the studs. This wall mount cat bed is solid as you could ask for. Bruiser is 12 pounds and it is perfect for him. The underside of the cushion mat is made of fabric that clings to velcro, and the bed itself has velcro strips attached to the surface so the mat doesn’t slip around at all.We hung this up high near the ceiling over his cat tree, and have another intermediate step on the wall (not shown in photo suppled) to help him navigate up there. He enjoys looking out two windows, and can also keep tabs on what’s going on in “his” house down below. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the bed. (The hardware supplied, not so much, but we expected this would be the case.)

We installation properly, weight tested it and everything. My cat was just lounging on it and the whole thing fell. For 50 dollars, this thing is useless made out of cheap wood that doesn't support the cats weight. My cat was bruised up bit luckily nothing more serious...

I bought three of these for a 12 pound cat. I set it up in a corner like a cat "tree". They went up fairly easy once we figured out the proper screws / anchors to use. And they look great and I got a lot of compliments from family / friends. Now for the issues. 1. The "wood" on these are very slick so you will need to use some type of bedding. The bedding included is slick and thin so my cat did not like it since she could not get a purchase with her claws without the bedding moving around. They put in three thin strips of velcro on the "wood" these attach securely to the bottom of the material, but it is not on the edge of the pillow. To solve this I bought a 3/4" (stiff) foam pad and was able to replace the foam pad inside the pillow. My cat now feels comfortable enough to jump from one to the other. Now for the second issue. My cat did a running leap up into the lowest cat bed. The whole bed detached from the wall.... lol. Saying that she will still leap up into the second bed up.
