The original units have a washer that spaces out the bearing from the mounting plate. When this washer is placed with the new units, the wheel cannot spin. This is because the bearing is placed too deeply into the small wheel. In order to make the wheel spin you will need a second washer and it is a non-standard size and you’ll have to fabricate one yourself as I did.

The sled wheels look the same as the original, but are a fraction too large to fit through the rails which is required to attach to the sled.

Just doing a straight swap with the original roller yields a roller jammed against the rail. You’ll need to get some 1/4” ID flat washers and drill them out with a 5/16” drill. Reassembly with the washer fixers the problem. Not sure how the rollers will hold up. Time will tell.

I replaced the seat wheels on my PowerPro Bowflex with these because of knicks on the old wheels causing rough movement along the bench rail. These replacement wheels are overall the same size, but there are enough differences that they are not a direct replacement. I had to purchase additional washers to offset the wheel's bearing from the wheel to minimize rubbing against the seat rail when mounted. Because of this, the head of the wheel bolts can rub on the rail a bit as the seat moves back and forth. The seat movement is smooth again minus the occasional rubbing of the wheel bolts hence the three-star review.

These wheels are not an exact fit. They are a little narrower and too tight of a fit they won’t roll. I will try to shave them down a little and add a couple of washers to reach the desired width. Hopefully it turns out well.
