These rotors have arguably the best initial bite of rotors available while still giving good modulation. The large sipes in the rotor also clear debris/dirt from the rotor better than most offerings. Given their lower pricepoint as well, it's hard to beat the value as well.

Being CLD rotors,. it did not matter that the packages were split and open top and sides looked crushed and that if there were any, the 6-bolts would have fallen out. i was concerned they would be warped based on previous reviews and the destroyed packaging. but, crossing fingers, thus far they seem mostly true. BUT... i really do prefer TRP to other discs and brakes i have run. have Shimano hydro GRX and they're fine, but the TRP (owns Tektro) Hy/Rd have been awesome, albeit heavy. And I have preferred their rotors to all others despite having one bend (when an angry driver leave their vehicle at a stop light to kick my rear wheel and knock me over for simply being in front of him - that's a misdemeanor btw).

Mine were delivered in a padded envelope. Yeah I think next time I'll get these locally. Both rotors came in a touch warped. I was able to true them into shape, but I shouldn't have to do that. They work well all the same though.
