My old one was shot. Really hard to actually shift because the switch went bad. The alignment of the TRQ neutral position is slightly off compared to the Motorcraft OEM. I can't get the neutral position to line up with the TRQ. Ended up destroying the old unit to remove it as 23 years of installation will do that, so I'm stuck with this unit I get a new Motorcraft or junkyard unit.

My F-150 was slipping out of park when parked on even the slightest grade and was hard to shift into gear. I had to pry off the old one that was stuck to the transmission. After replacing this part, it was smooth and no more slippage. It's been installed for about a month and have no issues. I wish I replaced this years ago, considering how inexpensive this part was.
