Every time I close the door the mirror moves. Needs to be a solid rod from the mirror with a fixed bolt so it can be tightened down and not move every time you get in the truck.

The riser part of the bent arm is shorter by 2” than the older style I had on my 97 ram. And of course a short mounting bolt but put a 3/8 NC x 2” SS bolt, it tightened up using all the washers. They should thread the nut in the arm to be longer it’s only 3/4”. Hope it holds.

attachment point on mirror is a inserted plug that allows the mirror to easily move rendering it useless

Installed it today and the pressed in nut spins so the mirror will not stay in place. Looks decent but definitely going back to them as this flaw makes the mirror unusable as it keeps folding back in from the wind. If the nut was welded in place it would be fine and would be a decent mirror. Side note like everyone says the bolt is too short for the install. I emailed the manufacturer and they would not back up the product said they do not sell to Amazon so no help there.

Put these on my 3/4 ton diesel farm truck along with some 5" convex mirrors and I can see so much better! It is a rough riding truck and the mirrors handle the vibration well and stay in place. They do create a small whistle between the arm and mirror body but I can live with that. Great product

On the drawing of mirror has it as 10 inches. In reality it is 10.5 which matches what was on the truck. The metric bolt that comes with it is to short for my brackets and had to buy a longer one. I’m completely satisfied and matches the other side mirror.

These mirrors were purchased for a 1997 Ford F250 HD. They mounted perfectly on the stock mounts. Easy to adjust and see out of, compared to the smaller OEM mirrors. My son will be adding blind spot mirrors to increase visibility even more. Great value for the money in my opinion.

Got these mirrors to replace stock on my 1984 E350 camper van. They look good and are well built. Installation was pretty easy, only had to drill out the hole on the factory mounting bracket a little. Was very happy till my first road trip, then the whistling started! These things whistle something fierce, and it's a really high pitched annoying whistle too. Also be warned that if you install one of these on your drivers side, the mirror will loosen up and start to unbolt itself after you shut the door a few times, which is super annoying. I squirted some Lock Tight on the threads, hoping that solve that problem. Don't know what to do about the whistling though.
