Soothe Your Pet
Soothe your pet or do it while it sleeps. All in all, keep your pet as calm as possible. Because excited pets will not cooperate well with you to complete any actions.
Gently press the sole of the foot
Grasp the paw to be clipped and press gently so that the nail is fully exposed. Avoid applying too much pressure causing your pet to resist.
Place the cat nail into the cutting hole
This is the time to cut the cat's nail, cut it off. Repeat this procedure until the rest of the nails are cut. (Usually only the front paws need to be trimmed, cats don't often sharpen the back paws)
Check and Polish Nails

With my newer kittens I had decided not to get them declawed but needed to figure out a good way to clip their nails to save me and my furniture from damage. I had tried a scissor type for small animals (pictured with this item) but that was scary to use because I was afraid of cutting their quicks (both when they were patient and when the squirmed).These rounded scissors with the perfectly sized hole for ADULT cats has made life so easy!! There is a little bit of a learning curve to use these for both you and your cat but I promise it will make the stress of nail clipping much less. After the first month of weekly nail clipping, we all had become accustomed to them and as of now (about 6 months later), I can proudly say that I can clip both cats nails -all 8 paws- in under 2 minutes. I have also attached a photo of freshly clipped nails to see how much these clippers cut.I wish I would have known about these before and they are fantastic

So far I am liking this product. I have used them twice as of writing this review but will change anything if needed in the future. This definitely helps with the speed of doing my cats nails and the holes make it a lot easier too. They seem to cut through the nail fairly easily and work well. They do look kind of cheap and feel cheap as well, but that doesn’t bother me at all!! I like them so far!

This is the FIRST time I have EVER been able to clip my cat’s nail. These are soooo easy to use and don’t seem to cause my cat any discomfort at all!! The best part is that they prevent you from cutting too low. These are great for those of us new cat or dog parents who aren’t skilled in nail clipping. This is just so easy. I would definitely recommend this product.

The nail clippers are functional, but they don’t feel particularly strong or sharp. I’ve been trimming my cat’s nails weekly for four years, so I’m quite experienced. For someone new to this or for a cat that’s not used to nail trimming, these clippers might make the task more challenging. However, I did appreciate the little hole that helps ensure you cut the nails to the perfect length.

These clippers are good quality. They are easy to use and comfortable in the hand.There are two different sized holes in to which you put the tip of your cats claw. I believe this is to help guide the depth of cut and to prevent you from accidentally cutting too deep.The handles are overmolded in a soft plastic which makes using the clippers comfortable.There is a return spring which will open the clippers when you let go. Also a retainer to keep the clippers closed for storage.

I like that it has two holes. I use the 3 mm for my cat and it works great. The clipper cuts just the tip of the nails and prevents you from cutting the quick. My cat still hates getting his nails trimmed and clipping his nails is always a challenge but this clipper made it easier. The size of the clipper is small and has no finger holes which still works for me but it may not for others.

It’s easy to use and amazing. Never had any problems and feel comfortable using. My kitties are very happy with how quick I cut their nails.The holes are a bit small. They fit my fingers fine but could see how big hands might not fit as comfortably. Definitely worth the money!!
