Very comfortable. Fit great. Material is excellent. I can't find a single fault with it. Quite warm as well (sub 40-F temperature). I'm going to get another pair.

I was hoping for something that could be worn on its own in temp

Consistent with all other TSLA products I’ve purchased. These have a light rubber around the bottom (similar to cycle shorts/jersey) that keep them snug around your ankles/socks. The vertical ankle zipper is a little challenging to move due to how snug the pants are around the ankle, but certainly not a quality issue. You will HAVE to unzip it to put on/take off.The back pocket is basically enough to hold your keys and maybe ID/CCs. But nothing more (certainly not a phone). As a base layer, I love these. A light fleece lining keeps them warm, but they are still breathable for running/riding.These do NOT have padding for cycling, so plan to wear your cycle shorts over them (I often have). In the snow, these are a go-to base layer BECAUSE of the ankle fitment.I’m 6’0” 192lbs- not a skipper of leg day.Altogether, a really great pair of running tights/base layer.

They fit me (5'3 150lbs averagish build) pretty well, a bit loose and long. Warm enough and seem to have held up okay the few months I've had them. But the zippers are sticking already on the ankle openings and the pocket is a complete joke (maybe would hold a couple of bills or cards but not a phone or key FOB with other keys).

I am 6' and 195 lbs. I bought a L. It fits great. It is snug and stays up when running. The length is slightly short though. I would have liked one more inch, however it really is not a big issue for me. They are fairly thick and very warm without being too hot on a 50 degree day. Just what I was looking for. They seem to be good quality. I hope they last a long time. Great value for the money. Name brands are 2-3 times more!

When these arrived I was sceptical as they seemed a little short. I would have preferred them to be an inch longer, but otherwise they fit very nicely and true to size. The grips around the cuffs help hold them in place from riding up too, so that helps. These are very comfortable and wrm. The inner lining is buttery soft. I wore them for the first time for a run this a.m. in 6°F weather and they kept me completely warm as a single layer (full disclosure - im half polar bear). So long as they hold up well to wear and tear, these will be great tights.

Today I went for a run & wore my TSLA Men's Thermal Cycling Running Tights. I ordered a Medium & it fits great. It’s not too tight or constricting in any way. The Medium says it fits 30.5-32 inch (77.5-83cm) waist, I’m 5’9” 170 lbs & 32” waist. I feel their estimates are right on. The tights are snug & form fitting but not constricting. The length is just right for me. If you are any bigger in the waist, these would be tight & if your legs are any longer than mine, these would be above your ankle. There is an elastic draw string around the waist if you need it. These tights do not have padding for cycling. As I stated, I went for a run this afternoon. It was a sunny but windy (7-9mph) 29F (-1C) day. I went on a 5 mile 45 minute run. I wore these TSLA leggings, a TSLA thermal runners shirt & a gilet. The tights performed great. They never felt uncomfortable nor did they fall or bunch up on me. Although I was a bit chilly at the start of the run, I was warm & comfortable after the first half mile. My legs remained warm during the run & were able to breathe. At no point during my run did my legs get sweaty. There are no side pockets in the leggings, but there is a small pocket w/a zipper at the small of the back. The zipper remained zipped during my run & never posed a problem w/snagging on my shirt. The pocket is very small, just large enough for a couple keys, an ID & credit card or maybe a very small phone (don’t think I’ll be using it for a cell phone). There are zippers on the ankles of each leg. This makes getting the leggings on & off very easy. There are also reflective graphics on the outside of the calves of each leg as well.I really like the TSLA Men's Thermal Running Tights. I’ll most likely order another pair.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope you found it helpful.
