These have worked great for me to tighten up the thumb. My finger slides nicely out at release. They seem sturdy. I was hoping I wouldn't have to keep changing them out and replacing due to wear, but I've had them in for a little over 20 games now and they show no signs of wear yet. Really happy.

I loved them. My thumb goes in with ease and when I noticed that it did, I had forgotten that I placed the grip inside the hole.

I didnt notice a difference and the edge started rolling up after a few throws
