How to make turkish coffee
Making turkish coffee is quite convenient, just reminder of couple of tricks, you would make great coffee for your guests
One sugar spoon coffee ground for one cup size filtered water
Put into cezve and boil over smallest heat stove, this will take 3-4 minutes, as the coffee starts getting boiling, coffee foam will appear. At that time you may pour down your coffee to coffee cups. If you make coffee for more than one cup, each time you pour down coffee, you put cezve on stove top to make some foam, then pour it to coffee cups for having foam on it

This is a very lovely set of Turkish Demi gold patterned cups. It comes with 6 demi cups & 6 wooden saucers. It arrived very securely packed as you can see in photo #1. And for comparison size, look at photo #2 to see the demi cup vs a regular size coffee cup.In photo #3 this illustrates the bottom of the demi cup that is slightly rough on the rim and you are able to notice the mold line as well. It is stated in their description that this is bone porcelain, and therefore the rim is to be polished and there should be no mold marks.Overall this is a lovely Turkish Tea/Coffee Set and would make a great addition to your home or as a gift.
