The suction cups are the worst! They do not stay. The dock is constantly collapsing because of the suction cups. I would not recommend.

I have this set up in a 40 gallon breeder for my juvenile painted turtle. Long enough so my dual basking and UV light can get to him.For some reason my pleco sucker fish also loves the underside of this more than any other spot in the tank.

This item arrived in its package but broken in half. We were able to “rig” it as it was a Christmas present - but wish it would have arrived in one piece - hopefully it will last until the tank needs cleaning.

Turtle can easily climb onto it. It supports his weight and sticks to the side of the tank well. Good value and quality. It looks nice and blends in nicely.

My turtle kept pulling of the suction cups, so I just have it floating freely in the tank. My turtle can still get on it and bask whenever he wants. I’ve had it for at least a year and it has held up well.

Bought this for a new baby turtle in getting soon. Fits great in a 55gal and seems to be large enough he can grow into for awhile. Slider bars are plastic and flimsy but does as needed. Suction cups were an absolute pain to put on it and harent the strongest may end up sealing to different ones

I've been using these turtle Docks for years. They have held up well for my turtles throughout the years. The only downside is once a turtle reaches their adult size, not even the largest one they offer will hold their weight. Certain turtle species even the most common Sliders will out grow these eventually. I wish Zoo Med invested in making a product that can hold adult turtles. These work well for my younger turtle but otherwise I will have to use my makeshift basking area for my adult female.

My turtle Mikey broke his small ramp a few weeks ago, and I needed to get him the medium ramp. I love these because they are weighted on the end of the ramp so I stays in the water. The suction cups weren’t that great, so I changed them out for ones I had at home that were a lot stronger. My turtle is 8 inches long and weighs about 2.5 pounds and has plenty of room on the medium ramp to get to his basking platform. I have him in a 100 gallon tank, so make sure you have enough room for the ramp since it is quite long even for the medium size.
