Does not my my 23 450 RL exactly as instructions said. The stock plate bracket did not fit , but I was able to not use it and save the weight by just using the plastic piece for mounting . Probably not as sturdy, but it works. Also the tusk bracket had to be stretched out to fit one of the holes, but a friend was able to stretch it by hand enough for me to get the bolt in. So it works in the end.

Fits like a dream. Way better looking than that fender that Joe Biden created. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make their bike look better.
