Design is exactly as pictured. I ordered the size 2 of this product and it came with a soft bottom and a Velcro back. I was a little surprised as the picture shows no Velcro and a firm bottom.I did end up keeping them and my daughter loved stomping around in them. She can wear them outside without too much trouble.
