I bought this not only to carry but to secure in my side by side. Can am maverick sport xrc. Speaker fits well in between seats with seat position all the way back. Carry strap helps keep in in place by putting them trough the holes in seats.

Definitely not what I was expecting. The side 'covers' are super tight and hard to get on. The straps at the bottom are loose no matter how tight you try to get everything else. The only thing really 'holding' the speaker are the 2 velcro straps on each side that grab the handle. I feel like the speaker's going to fall out of what is essentially a badly designed sling. Probably going to return this and just make something myself that would be more functional.

I thought I’d risk with the reviews on this. But I was mistaken. This is absolute trash. It doesn’t stay on the speaker. And it doesn’t fit it well at all. This is a terrible design and craftsmanship. Don’t waste time. A shoe string would be better

This "carrying strap case" title says "compatible with Sony SRS-XG500 X-Series," and the description says "specially designed for Sony SRS-XG500." Sony's X-series includes models of different sizes, so make sure your speaker is an SRS-XG500. Also, look carefully at the product images: at first you might think this covers the speaker, but it's only because the case and speaker colors match. This has two sides connected by horizontal straps and a carrying strap. If you have a different speaker variety, it's unlikely to fit.

Took a second to figure out the straps that go around the handle, but easy to install and seems like it will do the job! Should make it much easier to lug this beast around.
