The chairs themselves are fine. I wanted some cheap chairs for my condo's balcony, and these fill the bill. However, they must be assembled, and there's where the problems start. First of all, DO NOT use the tools supplied. They send a sheet metal 10mm wrench and a normal looking 4mm allen wrench. We all now there is a special place in hell reserved for the inventor of sheet metal wrenches, but the allen wrench is particularly bad. After getting the first chair half assembled, the allen wrench started to slip. Luckily, it was the wrench that went bad, and not the screws. A close inspection showed that the end of the allen key was rounded off. A trip to my tool box to get a quality 4mm key and all was well. I had no more problems, even with the final fastening of the initial set of screws. So do yourself a favor and beg, borrow, or steal a proper 10mm wrench and a quality 4mm allen wrench.Also, one of the parts was mismarked from the factory. There is a "BACK" sticker on each of the main leg assemblies. After I got through the first assembly step of the first chair, it was obvious that one leg was mismarked because the screw holes were badly misaligned and the arm rests slanted different ways. I took it apart and turned the leg assembly around, and everything went together smoothly. So when you unpack it, look it over to get some idea of how everything works together and be aware that some of the parts can be mismarked.

These chairs were hard to put together. One person could not do alone, or not easily. It was hard to stretch seat to reach bolt hole. Bolts and nuts are on outside of legs, this is not pleasing to the eye. Would not buy again.

The chairs are very nice and comfortable. Only issue was the hardware and instructions were missing when I received it. After contacting them, I received them.

Really hard to assemble. Screws are soft so even the Allen wrench can strip them out. They look nice now that I got them done. Instructions are limited.

Stay away from these chairs. Bolts strip very easily, and poor frame material.
