A very simple and effective solution to refilling the hydraulic steering fluid for my outboard motor and removing bubbles from the system. There are far more complex and challenging solutions to get the last maybe 5% of bubbles from your system, but this system gets 90%+ of them, is way easier and for me proved 100% effective. I am not mechanically inclined but this was surprisingly very easy to do and my boat's hydraulic steering (which had completely gone out) now works great with no slippage.
