The concept is great and it works but the one we received is defective and I’d love a replacement piece. Currently wine leaks from the bottom so the wine is not all filtered. Wish the company would send me a repayment piece to fix the leaking because otherwise I’d like it. But as it is, just not working- such a shame because if it doesn’t leak it’s great!! Come on Ullo or Amazon- make this right and provide me a replacement piece. Thanks

I bought this as a gift. It had been purchased and returned many times the packaging was torn and raggedy and the karaf was filmy and looked to have been used. The “glass” karaf is so thin and cheap looking. $165? No way. My friend is too polite to return it to me so I can return it. Terrible!!!

I've been using this Ullo wine chiller and purifier for a few months now, and I am really enjoying it. The tool is heavy and comes in a classy black zippered case. This makes for easy travel. The pieces are all easy to hand wash.If you want to chill your red wine, you place the tool in the freezer (ideally overnight). This was my favorite feature of the Ullo, as I prefer my red wine to be "castle temperature". The purifier was interesting. It comes with a few filters, and you simply install the filter and let the wine flow through it into the decanter. It is designed to remove sulfites. I honestly could not tell the difference, and whether or not it limited my hangover. I've read wine message boards, and there are mixed feelings on whether removing sulfites does anything to the taste or your hangover.Extra filters can be purchased, and you are supposed to use a new one each time.The decanter vase is attractive, and we will continue to use this to air out our wines. Please keep in mind it is very thin, so you have to be careful when washing it. Overall, we are happy with the Ullo.

Not the biggest wine drinker. But, aerated a cheap $8 bottle of wine and it tasted amazing. It’s best to use a filter a once even though they can be preserved. The taste is drastically different. Also, customer service is top notch. I thought I have a broken filter due to residue at the bottom. But, it was just simply filter dust that neglected to shake off. The customer service rep explained that to me but still sent me a fresh batch of filters for the hassle.

This means that I can never enjoy a glass of red wine without feeling congested and headachey even after the first glass. I've tried other sulfite-free wines, but they just don't taste the same.I was skeptical when I first heard about the Ullo Chill Wine Purifier + Decanter, but I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The Ullo Chill removes all of the sulfites from wine without affecting the flavor. I can now enjoy a glass of red wine without any side effects. That said, no matter how many filters you use, if you finish a whole bottle of wine in one sitting, the next morning may still result in a headache.The Ullo Chill is also great for aerating wine. This helps to release the flavors and aromas, making the wine taste even better. But the real unique feature of the Chill model vs the original is that you can put the Ullo into the freezer for a couple hours and when pouring the wine, will automatically chill the wine up to 10 degrees F. This is great because red wines should be served between 62 and 68 degrees F so you should not need to refrigerate the wine ahead of time to get the perfect temperature. The decanter is also very stylish, and it makes a great addition to my home bar.Overall, I'm very impressed with the Ullo Chill Wine Purifier + Decanter. It's a great way to enjoy wine without the sulfites. I highly recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to sulfites or who wants to improve the taste of their wine.

This is pretty much the do-it-all for wine lovers, especially if you love wine and also have a sulfite sensitivity! Keep the top part in your freezer to use when needed, and it chills your wine perfectly. The filters need replacing with each bottle, but if you're like me and need this to be able to enjoy wine again, it's totally worth it! This would make an amazing gift!

Love the decanter, the concept and the fact what it does actually remove the headaches from wine.Do not love that this leaks out the sides and clearly the wine that leaks has not run through the filter as it’s at the seam where the black cup meets the clear plastic piece.More consideration needs to be given to the overall design of this product to prevent this leakage and ensure that all wine pours neatly through the filter.

I love to drink red wine 🍷 and I was thinking it is going to be drained of all the flavor from the wine but no! It works and no headache! I recommend 100%!
