I put this outdoor sofa together by myself and it did take a couple hours. Some pieces were easier to work with than others, it definitely required some patience as not all of the connectors were perfect. I used an electric screwdriver to make things easier on myself, but it does come with all of the tools you will need. I bought this last summer, so after one year of use I have this to say:My Number 1 complaint is the cushions slip and slide ALL OVER. There is NO WAY to stabilize or attach them. The material is slick and feels cheap. It is the stiff outdoor fabric that feels like it’s mostly made of plastic, not a thick canvas-y type of fabric that is soft to the touch. The seat backs cannot stay upright due to resting on the slick seat cushions and being feather-light foam so they are ALWAYS falling forward. The manufacturer provides no ties to secure to frame!!!! If you have any breeze at all, you will find an unsightly heap of messy cushions on your patio. I absolutely hate it, because it requires SO MUCH MAINTENANCE. If feels sturdy enough, but I wish I had spent the extra money for a better thought out sofa with quality outdoor fabric, heavier weight foam, and the tie-downs incorporated. It looks decent, which is all I can say. I would not purchase again simply because I dislike having to rest eight cushions three times a day.

I won’t say it’s super easy to assemble - it took me and my boyfriend almost 3 hours to finish with several breaks. We only used the tools that came with the package so if you have some handier tools it probably will take less time for you. The instructions are pretty clear and easy to understand. The quality is not the best as some pieces don’t align quite well and you need to force it a little bit, but with a limited budget I’m ok with that and It is sooo pretty! Highly recommend!

I’ve been putting off fixing up my deck for years, yes, you read that, years. It was going to be such a tedious job to scrape off the peeling deck stain, that I haven’t even used my deck for at least 7 years.I would just venture out and occasionally grill a few hot dogs and hamburgers and to see what the birds were up to.Well enter 2020 and the 'Rona' happens. Lockdowns everywhere and not many places to go. What better time to tackle my project.Well I finally scraped off as much peeling stain as I could and then stained it with Behr’s solid stain deck in Padre brown, (for those of you that want to know).So, I’m felling accomplished and halfway through the first coat of stain, I order the sofa. The shipping time said about 2 weeks, which was fine because I was eating the deck elephant one ‘stroke’ at a time.Then I get an email notification 2 days later from FedEx that my delivery of 4 boxes is scheduled. Wait???? I’m not ready, I’ve only got the first coat done and I need to apply the second coat.Anywhooo, it gave me motivation to push through. Then… Fedex sends me an email that one of the labels on the boxes came off and they’re returning one of my boxes to the sender.OKaaayyy, you send me an email with my address in the delivery details, but you’re returning it to the sender … because you don’t have my address. Alrighty then. Uggg…I contacted the seller, whose communication was A-MAZING by the way. Joey immediately sent a replacement box that day.I decided to wait for all the boxes to arrive and unpack all 4 boxes at one time. When FedEx finally delivers my replacement box, box number 4 of 4, I’m excited and, ummmm overwhelmed.I sorted out all the contents of the box. Everything, including tools are there. I wanted to make things go as quickly for when Hubby assembled, so I laid out all the sections, and was even being extra and labeled them myself to make it easier.The instructions were easy to follow with nice big diagrams. However, it takes quite a while to assemble. It took about 4 hours one afternoon, and then about 3 hours the next morning. I’m sure it could go faster, but we were watching music videos and dancing in between. LOLSo now that it’s assembled, I love it. The cushions are quite firm, but I don’t mind that. The furniture is a great quality and an excellent value. Here are a few tips. If you decide to use it as a sectional, you’re going to have to line it up like I did in the picture. The clips are really sturdy, so it won't fall apart when you lower it. That is the only way I could figure out how to attach the clamps, which prevent the sofa pieces from sliding around in a sectional layout.I’m so ready to enjoy the New England fall. It’s my favorite time of the year and I plan to finally enjoy my deck after years of it being neglected.

I love the look and quality of this couch set! The first two boxes came just a few days after I ordered and the last two boxes arrived 3 days after that, which was awesome. I was expecting to be waiting for weeks.I didn’t want to take a star away for this but WARNING to people who don’t have a lot of experience building furniture, this took two 23 year old girls around 6 hours total. The time includes about an hour of wasted time before we realized we would need a ratchet (wouldn’t have figured this out without my dad’s help). Directions are helpful to a point, but you may need additional help if you’re not familiar with these tools and parts. It would be great to have an instruction video from the company who manufacturers these couches/chairs.I’m happy with my purchase.

They shipped the product way earlier than expected. I received the package 1 week ago (supposed to get the product this week). However, there was one issue. They are supposed to send A,B,C,D four boxes. but I received A, A, C, D. I contacted the seller for this issue. They very promptly replied to my concern and immediately sent 'B' box allowing me to keep the extra 'A' box. The box arrived the last Friday. Still it was earlier than the original estimation. So, I don't have a complain, and am glad to see them trying to do their best to resolve the issue. The product looks really go in my backyard. Color and looking is as you see in the picture including the cushions/pillows. Very satisfied with this product and service. It is true that there are lots of nuts and bolts, and it would take time to assemble, but I used my power tools and could save time. Recommend.

I was a little skeptical about ordering this set due to the low price.The 4 boxes I received were all professionally packed and had no issues with breakage or missing hardware.The set is sturdy, comfy, and looks great, and have had several compliments on those attributes.Con... it took about 3 hours to put together... but was well worth the effort. :)
