What a great item to have after shoulder surgery!It only didnt get 5 stars because of the material, as after one wash it has some pilling going on. But i do recommend it!

Even the doctors asked me where did I find this shirt when we went for a follow up check up after being in the hospital...........I shared the information for their next patients. Washes beautiful, washed in cold water and hung dry, I didn't use the dryer cause of the plastic clips, ( wasn't sure if would damage them) but they dried in 1 day, so I bought a few.....comes in many colors. I also bought one with a zipper but it feels too heavy on the shoulder

Just broke my arm and these t shirts are wonderful ! soft, easy to get over my head and shoulders w/o struggling. Also just washed and no shrinkage

I had shoulder replacement surgery and this t shirt was easy to put on and take off due to velcro straps. Material was comfortable to wear and several choices in color. Highly recommend velcro versus button snaps...much easier to dress

Absolutely the best buy I have made before my shoulder prothese operation. I have 3 of them and wearing them alternatively. Very good on skin, stands washing perfectly.Very practical while wearing and by changing wound bandage, was a hit with doctors and nurses.I would say don't look for anything else if you need one, worth every cent!I suggest buying one size larger.

I give this one star because the website says this product is %100 cotton. However, the product label says it is polyester, rayon, and spandex—petroleum products. Except Rayon is made from highly processed cellulose.The fabric feels silky, like a high-quality polyester base layer for sports—it drapes nicely and is lightweight, so it doesn’t hurt the surgical site. I suspect like most polyester, this shirt will start smelling weird after being worn a while—a smell that doesn’t wash away. Maybe you just throw it out when it starts to smell, and you get your sling removed.So, if you want cotton that won’t smell buy something else.That said, I got the biggest size 3XXX to fit over my shoulder surgery sling and it is big, comfy, and roomy. People complained about the icky feel of Velcro and I’m not getting this—if you line up the tabs precisely you are not exposed to the Velcro.The shirts with snaps, for me, are way too difficult to snap together with one hand, especially if your surgery was on your dominant side. Maybe other people who like snap shirts have someone to help them dress. If you are dressing without help Velcro is easier.

Ordered after a defibrillator implant. Easy to get on/off. No shrinking or wrinkles after washing. Ordered a size up so it would be loose on the chest.

LOVE this shirt! My husband had rotator cuff surgery, and the ease of velcro being on both sides has made dressing so simple. Plus it's very comfortable and washes/dries in the machine with no shrinkage.
