The outdoor unit
The inside of the host includes: variable frequency integrated compressor, high-power electronic fan, and high-density condenser. It can be installed vertically behind the front of the car or horizontally on the roof.
Indoor unit
Low-decibel silent operation, intelligent digital display panel, wide-angle 5-hole air outlet 360° rotation, large air volume and smooth airflow. The air outlet can be adjusted at will, and the cold air is distributed throughout the car.
Remote control one key start
The remote control can adjust the air volume of the outdoor unit fan. One-key temperature control, portable electronic remote control, quick control, intelligent constant temperature, multiple modes.

Air conditioner starting current
For a 12V air conditioner, the starting current needs to be 75A. Please confirm whether your battery discharge current reaches 75A. For example, the discharge current of a 45A battery is only 45A. It cannot carry the high-power electrical appliances of our air conditioner. Even if you increase the current of the battery, the battery itself limits the maximum discharge current to only 45A.
Matters needing attention
- 1. There is no refrigerant inside the air conditioner, and 600g/R134a needs to be added
- 2. The air conditioner already contains POE68 refrigeration oil, no need to add refrigeration oil
- 3. Vacuum for 15-20 minutes before adding refrigerant
- 4. Add refrigerant pressure gauge value: low pressure 35psi, high pressure 140-180psi
- 5.12V voltage, starting current needs 75A. Please confirm that your car battery is suitable
Air conditioner installation steps

- Install the external machine: remove the casing, mark the drilling position, use an 8mm drill to drill holes, use a riveting tool to fix the rivet nut at the drilling point, install shock pads and sleeves at the holes of the external machine, and fix the external machine to the car .
- Install the expansion valve: remove the iron sheet at the position of the expansion valve of the evaporator, and fix the expansion valve to the evaporator. The two black screws correspond to the two holes, so there is no need to worry about wrong installation.Then wrap it in black cotton wrap.
- Install the indoor unit: first install the wooden board to the indoor wall, and then install the evaporator on the wooden board.
- Install high and low pressure pipelines: first open a (50mm) hole in the car, and then install the rubber cover with three holes. The thick pipe is the low pressure pipe and is connected to the compressor. The thin tube is a high pressure tube and is connected to the condenser. Then connect the other end of the high and low pressure pipes to the holes corresponding to the expansion valve of the indoor unit, use long black screws and iron sheets to clamp the aluminum joints, and tighten the screws.
- Install the connection line: connect the connection lines of the internal and external units, plug the power cord plugs into each other, and connect the drain pipe of the evaporator.
- Vacuuming/Adding refrigerant: It needs to be vacuumed for 15-20 minutes, and then add refrigerant R134a/600g. The refrigerant can be added according to the pressure value. Generally, after the R134a refrigerant is injected into the air conditioning system, the pressure at the low pressure port is 35psi, and the pressure at the high pressure port is 140-180psi.
- Connect the power cord: Connect the power cord to the battery, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery, do not connect them wrongly, + positive / - negative. It is forbidden to connect it to the power-off switch and the power switch.
- Turn on the air conditioner: Drive the air conditioner to see if it works properly. If the current is insufficient, the refrigerant is too much or not enough, the control panel will display a code, which can quickly troubleshoot.

Compré el equipo la semana pasada. Estaba preocupado por q tenía pocos comentarios pero aún así me arriesgué a adquirirlo. El equipo trabaja perfectamente. Enfría muy bien. pero si debes tener buenas baterías porque no te va a durar no más de 5 horas así esté en modo económico, En mi caso yo tenía una vieja Apu q la enciendo al mismo tiempo y puedo tener el aire encendido el tiempo q quiera. Así q si van a comprarlo piensen también en extra baterías. por lo demás estoy muy contento con mi compra. Espero este comentario ayude a alguien. Feliz díaI bought the unit last week. I was worried that it had few reviews but I still took the risk of buying it. The unit works perfectly. It cools very well. But you must have good batteries because it will not last more than 5 hours even if it is in economy mode. In my case I had an old Apu that I turn on at the same time and I can have the air conditioning on for as long as I want. So if you are going to buy it, also think about extra batteries. Uses about 60 amps after its running, 80 amps to turn on. Hardest part was oritation, to keep from having to curl up the long hoses. I had to use extra washers in my mounting instance, other than that kit comes with everything needed to mount. Found the oil free r134a @ tractor supply. Avalanche brand

it worked for 3 months and was done for, thanks for sealing my$900 plus 400 for installation.. Wont be shopping on Amazon ever again now ,not trustworthy at all. They should have a year return when you spend this much money, scam of all scams.. Super depressed now... Goodbye Amazon
