the cable housings sheared quickly on my bike and has to be replaced

I bought this for my Giant Defy road bike. The front derailer always seemed hard to shift. I had upgraded the 105 to Ultegra thinking it would be easier. No luck. I replaced the cable with a shimano coated cable. It didn't make that much difference. So I decided to try this to replace the outer cable. This kit came with two internal cables and external cables. I changed the outer cable and put the new inner cable in too. The shifting is about the same even after lengthening the out cable a couple of inches. These cables are as good as the shimano for less than half the price. The outer cable is as good as the Jagwire cable that came with the bike. This is a good buy.

Vienen dos cables con una funda y creo debería de venderse solo un cable y una funda largos ..... ya q nos serviría para el cambio trasero , tanto como para el delantero , total sin.pre tenemos q cortar el sobrante.Las demás piezas de cierre de las puntas de los cables van muy bien y los clips remachables del final del cable también son muy útiles.Aunque lo montemos en el desviador delantero tenemos q cortar funda y cable igual .sobra el cable corto q no lo aprovecho para nada.Por lo demás todo muy bien...

I was upgrading my hybrid from 3 X 8 to 1 X 11 and needed a new derailleur cable. My LBS told me $8 for the cable and $3 for housing and another $1 for the ferules and cable ends. Or I could buy a prepackaged Jagwire set for $25. Walked right out of the store and ordered these on Amazon for $8.99. For 2 Sets of cables (Front and Rear) with the necessary cable housing and accessories, this is a bargain.ls it as smooth as my fully sealed cable sets on my other bikes??? No, but I am only running Deore and it works perfectly fine for my application. This cable set will easily satisfy at least 75% of the people out there that need shifter cables.

Everything works as expected. Comes with one cable housing, two cables(spare for broken cable), and bag of various cable ends and attachment parts). Quality appears to be good.

Had to replace a shift derailer cable after installing an e-bike conversion kit. This worked fine.
