RV and portable burners get a whole new option when introducing a griddle cooktop to the scene. Unfortunately this size is too small for our outdoor setup but it is the perfect size for our 3 burner stove inside the RV. It is such a great fit that the burners distribute heat evenly and with no surface skidding or compromise.The griddle has the expected easy clean surface and is simple to use when paired with a good fitting burner or stovetop. The build quality is robust and clearly present in its weight. I feel the product offers a good value and I am thrilled with the purchase!

The best cooking surface is cast iron, hands down. If taken care of, it can last for several life times. This griddle is about as sturdy as they come. It's very heavy, making for good heat retention (but might be a little unwieldy for some). The lip keeps oil in the pan, but the open front allows easy access with a spatula.I like that this isn't trying to be something that it isn't. It's not the prettiest thing to look at, but it works great!Why not 5 stars? I think it might be a little over-priced ($66 at the time of this review). That being said, it is really heavy-duty!

I have several different places I can use this outdoor griddle. It fits on my natural gas grill which is where I'll use it most often. It also fits in my park style grill that I use with charcoal and my fire pit that has a suspended grate system. It's quite heavy duty which impressed me. However the front drip edge on the one I received had an uneven imperfection that I noticed. It won't really effect the functionality or operation, but at this price point I would have expected better. That's why I knocked it down one star.

This cast iron griddle was given to me free to evaluate for Vine.What a great, sizeable17" x 13" x2.6" Cast iron griddle! This going to be great to grill salmon, veggies, and other things.It's heavy as cast iron should be. It has built-in handles for easy lifting.There's a nice groove in which oil can flow away from your food while not dripping onto the grill... Very well made!This would be a great thing to have for anyone's home. A wonderful gift for Father's Day or somebody's birthday. They would use this quite often.
