This is a sturdy and well made frame, but the electronics are trash. There are six LED's in this frame, and when hooked up to battery power, only three worked. If you are just looking for a frame that looks neat, buy this one, but if you actually want the LED's to work, pick something else.

Best bang for the buck . If it’s a regular open space perfect harley. For custom bagger will need to modify its a little thicker then your regular plate.

I've been riding the same bike since 2008. I modified it the same year I got it where the license plate was relocated to the bottom of the fender, instead of on top of the tail light. This year, the guy that inspected my bike (the same guy that inspected it for the previous three years) told me that I needed to have a light shining on the license plate. So, I ordered this device. The LED's built into the top of the frame shine down on the plate enough to satisfy the state and their requirements. And, it wasn't too hard to install, with no wires showing. My only complaint would be the cheap crap nuts and bolts that came with it to secure the license plate in the frame. This is a nice chromed accessory that serves a valuable purpose. Why not include chromed allen head screws and 'nylock' nuts for the back? The hardware that they supplied is absolutely the cheapest they could find. I WILL be finding better hardware. But, the lighted frame looks good and does the job. So, gotta give them four stars for that.
