Strong, durable, metal alloy. Easy to assemble. Just need a Phillips head screwdriver.I had a small, 1/8 inch space between the Harley shield and my truck's tow hole so I added a square bit of foam rubber to take up the slack and act as a shock absorber. It's not necessary to have this but I didn't want it to possibly rattle around so I added it.It looks great, its solid, and the price was really good. Glad I bought it.

This hitch plug looks great on the back of my black Silverado. You can attach the mount for a 2 inch or 1 1/4 receiver. It did not come with the pin to secure it in the receiver but I use the one from my ball mount. Solid metal badge has stood up against a 1600 mile drive through a blizzard from PA to TX and the salt did not cause the paint to chip or corrode. The bracket is also still in great shape after being on the truck for the better part of 6 months.

The HD logo itself is great and is high quality but, I wasn't aware that universal meant that it came with 2 different size brackets for the receiver. This means that the buyer puts it together instead of it being 1 piece solid design. Nice and big and colorful though, can't miss it if you're behind my Jeep out on the road.
