Not at describe. Wont fit my 2019 Kenworth. Bolts are too big and short so it won't go completely in. So I wasted time waiting for them, returning them, and now ordering new ones. I do not recommend this item.

I was driving on the highway and it came off it was not welded properly. I lost my quarter fender because of this product.

The pre threaded mount is pressed in and tac welded, as soon as you tighten they snap and theoutside sleeve falls off!

The nut on the inside vibrated loose.Welds were not strong enough. I mounted them on a small truck and weld both broke loose had to reweld them. Heck woulda been easier just getting a nut and welding it inside my own pipe. Make same thing.
