Our building had to replace the over 30-year-old trash chutes. These are great products and precisely what we needed. They fit perfectly and are fire-compliant. They come in excellent packaging, and our maintenance worker said they were easy to install.

I am using this outside for package delivery. It says stainless steel but the metal behind the stainless and the handle are not. I have a beach house and am already seeing rust.
