The tool provides both voltage and polarity. Has been reliable and is well made. I also like the tip protector attached to the cord. Simple but nice to have on the tool.

This test probe works great it is easier than dragging out the VOM and stretching leads from here to eternity to find continuity on a wire. I have an old simpson meter and it does not beep for continuity, this probe does. I wish I had bought one years ago, when the price was less.

I love the light and the indicators of positive or negative wiring, the led lights are small but the beeper lets you know youre getting power and the digital readout tells you how much voltage, my only grip is this test light should be able to be read from both sides not just one, the point needs to be sharper to pierce dried up wire insulation..it slips past that stabs your finger instead!

Definitely good value for your money. Excellent quality, I actually was excited when I removed this from the box, everything that I see about this tester says that it will last.The cord is a good length and size, actually insulated well.. rubber terminated at the tester so it will bend well.. I really like that the rubber probe cover is attached to the cord so it isn’t easily lost.Handle is good and solid, very clear.Display is VERY easy to read in the blue, 3-72v and includes one decimal place for the tenths… red+ and neg- led’s are nice and bright.Audible beep is loud enough to hear but not annoying.Initially thought the probe was coated, but then realized it’s actually a plastic sleeve covering that won’t scratch off with use.VERY PLEASANTLY SUPRISED.Best tester I’ve personally ever seen or used..
