Very functional but hard to fill and hard to access saturday. The major flaws of this pill case is that there is no piece that extends past saturday. That means it needs to be disassembled to assess saturday or to fill.Other than that it's a good size and portable. It doesn't look "medical" sitting on my dresser. I do have to play pill tetris to get my PM pills to fit. I do take two very large fish oils.

I like the size and how many pills it can fit, however it is not suitable for travel. Every time I take it out of my luggage, it opens and my pills go everywhere. It does not close securely, and it opens way to easy. Maybe this is because mine has a little gap on the day side, meaning it doesn't close fullyI have another one that's like this, but I wanted one that has AM and PM. The pink one I have is much smoother when opening and closing, cuz never accidentally opened on me, and feel sturdy. This one does not feel sturdy or smooth. I do like the logos and the matte colorOther criticisms:I wish the day and night logos were also on the sides, not just on the topI wish I could choose a different one that started from Monday instead of SundayThe walls across from the day signs are a little short, I feel like my pills would be a little more secure if the walls were a little taller there

Wish I would have noticed that most of the positive reviews on here were left by customers who received this as a free product. I like the design and the fact that the compartments are large enough to hold a good variety and sizes of pills. That said, the seals for each component aren't very tight and I can see this opening unexpectedly when stashed in a bag or luggage. It's also difficult to load each compartment with pills as the "teardrop" shape does not allow the compartment to lay in such a way that the pills don't spill all over the place while loading each day's medication unless they are placed down individually very carefully, or if the very end of each compartment isn't left in the outer case. It's also too easy to open each day/night compartment in such a way that the pills spill all over the place. It's definitely better looking than most standard AM/PM pill cases. But I'll still be looking fo a better deisgned solution.

Very nice COOL pill case! I got this particular pill case because now that I must take medication daily and sometimes forget if I have taken it or not, I just couldn’t bring myself to getting a traditional S,M,T,W,TH,F,S translucent cases that old people have. Lol 😝.I really like this case. It is the modern version of you grandparents pill case. It is well made out of a strong cannot easily be crushed. The sliding pill compartment locks into place to prevent your pills from spilling out. Large enough to carry all of your medications. Compact enough to fit in my purse, laptop case, or glovebox. AM/PM - 2 TIMES PER DAY.*I TOOK OFF 1 STAR BECAUSE IT IS MADE OF HARD PLASTIC AND NOT METAL CASE.

I was looking for a smaller pill box for my nightly meds & this case was perfect. The pill tray slides in & out easily. One thing to be aware of, make sure you pull out the tray with the arrow displaying. If you open the wrong tray, all your pills will scatter like the wind. Trust me on this one.
