This product came in a really small package, which was really surprising giving the size that it turns out to be once you inflate it. I like that the pump is embedded into the bag so there isn't something sticking out, it's nice to not have any wires and be able to move around the bag freely. I chose to go with water instead of saying just so I can empty it much easier if I needed to. Pretty good stress relief honestly, I was also fun we have kids who are trying to knock something around. They can help you sweat if you really get into it so it's a decent workout.

I got this for my son who is starting to have interest in boxing and it was super easy to set up as long as you follow the directions. My son seems to enjoy it. It is on the larger side so I would recommend a 4 x 4 area for when it Moves but other than that, my son absolutely loves it, and it has gotten him in shape as well.

I’ve had this for about 3 months and use it regularly, 3-4 times a week. I’m a 5’3 female so wouldn’t say I pack an extra powerful punch/kick to abuse it more than what it should be able to handle.First, I almost returned it because the control panel that you use to power the inflate action fell apart as soon as I removed the protection cap. After I found the tiny spring and rubber cover, I reassembled it and figured it wasn’t that big of a deal versus the hassle of packing it back up and bringing it to UPS.However, here I am 3 months later, the controls still falling apart and needing to be rigged together in order to inflate it. And the bigger problem is it clearly has a leak and at this point unusable. It does come with a patch kit but honestly, at this point trying to find the leak and patch it seems pointless as I feel it’s just going to spring another one in a different location.My suggestion, spend the extra money and get one that is not an inflatable. I thought for the 10-15 minute workout I do, this would’ve sufficed but it’s definitely not made to withstand even light/moderate workout.

Like the kickboxing bag and it did it workDislike is the gloves which post to be 12ozSomewhat is the gloves perfect start until and easy work for the bag. Stability and durability and Perfect size, better quality since I hit harder with no air pockets.Good job but send better gloves
