Don’t go there!!! Difficult to install and once put in trackpad it cannot be adjusted. Film protectors are not a good option.

Followed directions to a T. First application wasn’t fully adhesive. Tried second and while a little bit better, still not staying on super well.

I ended up throwing it out. I followed the instructions to the best of my ability, but when I tried to apply it I could not get it to adhere. I was chasing bubbles all over the surface of the pad and eventually just gave up. Then when I went to peel my failed attempt off, it came off so easily that it made me question how effective the adhesive even would have been.Maybe I was rushing it. Maybe it hadn't fully dried from the wet-wipe step of the process. But I used the dry-wipe and it seemed dry. The instructions made it seem like I was fine to move forward right away.All I can say is I've done this kind of application before and this is my first time having this problem. I installed a similar protector to the screen of my Nintendo Switch and it was much easier.

Putting it on was easy peasy since it came wit the cleaner, dryer pad, hard card and positioning stickers. Just follow the glide on with the hard card and you'll be so proud of the results. No issues, no crazy bubbles like the last one I ordered, so it makes my brand new macbook look, still new and I don't have to worry about the trackpad!! So yeah, 5 stars. I love how it feels too, compared to the bare trackpad because a little friction helps with accuracy to be honest. GET IT.
