Construction feels pretty good, should last a long while.Did not use this for the advertised make and model, I used it to replace missing latch in my 88 Jeep Comanche with single sliding pane. I simply cut the bottom portion short, and shaved inner edges to create an "overbite" effect. Slide, click, locked.Thank you.

Used it for my missing one on the 2004 F250 sliding glass window. No idea on longevity yet but it seems great, same as OEM I’d guess. I imagine that they’re both plastic.I used clear gorilla glue/epoxy to set mine and it’s been good so far.
