Carbon motor brushes are one of the most components for power tool. Fit for electric hammer, electric drill, angle grinder, etc. Worn brushes are often the cause of a poorly running motor. Replacing brushes can fix an intermittent motor. New brushes can restore a motor's electric braking.

It's not 12.7x5.5x4mmIt's 12.7x 5.85 x 4mm. I am using after took off o.8mm from 5.85mm

I needed to replace the carbon brushes on my Ridgid auto-spin electric drain cleaner. I found this set of 10 pairs for about eight dollars versus buying a new motor for about $60.00. Fits perfectly plus I have 9 more pair of brushes as replacements as the brushes wear down.

Bought these to replace the brushes in my car window motor. I knew these were slightly larger then what I needed and would have to be filed down, that part was easy, brushes are very soft. The issue with these is with the connection of the copper lead to the carbon brush. Just handling these would cause the lead to pull right out of the brush. These appear to have some tiny dab of glue to hold the wire in. In comparison, when I tried to pull the lead out of what was left of the OEM brushes, it pulled the brush apart in 20 pieces before giving up the wire, the brush was 'cast' over the wire assuring a good connection. In the end I filled the hole in the brush with solder and it works for now, but I have concerns that I'll have the door of my car apart again soon to put in some different brushes. Junk construction in my opinion.

Viene 10 pares de escobillas, todas con su muelle, su cable y su tope. Yo tenía que adaptarlas para mi herramienta y finalmente no me han servido pero si he podido comprobar que funcionan correctamente. Lo único un poco más endeble es la junta del cable con la escobilla pero como comento yo tuve que manipularlas bastante así que en principio tampoco es un problema, además que tienes 20 unidades así que no te van a faltar repuestos. Por el precio que tienen no se puede pedir más.

These brushes arrived promptly. They were packed in pairs in individual boxes, and these were in a packing box. Just exactly what I wanted, and certainly not available anywhere that I know of. These would be suitable for any small motor requiring this size.
