Fits okay but I had to raise it with a quarter inch shim underneath so it could latch tight enough because of the angle of the bottom half of the rooftop box it is mounted to. The latch could not catch to the top half's groove so as to keep the lid tightly closed. It's working fine now with the addition of a wooden shim underneath the base of this latch. I wish I had taken a photo but perhaps in a day or two.
