The tube was exactly what I needed. I only needed 10 mm of the tube, however I know it is not practical to sell such a small quantity. I used a short 10 mm length of the tube as a repair sleeve on a 10mm nylon shaft on a dishwasher distributor valve. A 10X16X4 water seal had worn a grove in the shaft and the small length of stainless steel tube provided a new surface for the seal. A replacement shaft with attached nylon gear was no longer available.

This stuff is great, I appreciate that it is available in a wide range of sizes. I'm using this to line screw holes through marble so as to distribute the load of attached shower seat.

Be sure to triple check sizing. I've bought multiple and every time the size wasn't right. Whatever. It'll go on the scrap shelf in case I ever need it.
