I tested this out just lastnight and it worked very well. I could maneuver the crimp over the ends of my beading cord easily without it becoming crooked or crunched during the process.I did add a very small amount of jewerly glue inside before closing just as a precaution as I wasn't sure if it was required or not.I'm pleased with the results.

I ordered the silver colored closures to use in jewelry making. The very first closure I used, when I folded it over, the silver immediately cracked and flaked right off! I will be returning these as they are very poor quality.

The items were received just fine and the experience with the seller was fine. However, crimp clasps were smaller than what I was expecting. It is hard to tell by a the picture and from the description of exactly how large/small an item really is and they were not that expensive.
