I thought I was missing something and in was right, there is no set screw and it's not like you can order the set screw. Disappointed in my purchase. Now I have to order again and wait. This has caused my business to suffer another lost day of revenue.

Overall it was great but the second time I ordered one of he knobs was missing a set screw. No response when I emailed the company through their support site so my projects incomplete.
