Brass Round Tube

MATERIAL - Brass for high strength, weld-ability, lightweight, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.

SURFACE TREATMENT - Finish with passivation, which is oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

SEAMLESS CONSTRUCTION - The interior is smooth with no seam and is available in an extruded structural or a drawn seamless brass round tube for precision applications.

AVAILABLE FOR - Can be punched and processed according to the length you need, and can be welded with the right equipment.

Worked great for my purpose. I made some custom tube fittings on the lathe for 1/4" ID tubing to thread to some 5/16-36 (non standard) fittings. Brass seems to be a softer alloy just from how it was cutting on the lathe. Good brass for the price for minor projects.

the tubing is nice enough, but if size was given in inches i would have ordered what i wanted instead of having to reorder.

Diameter a hair too wide for m8 specs. Won’t fit in a standard skate bearing. Doesn’t work for this project.
