They work as well as any other similarly priced ones.The other review stating that the ring is eccentric is misunderstanding the purpose of the ring - it is supposed to be eccentric - that allows for easy installation of the collets, and the unit is balanced with the eccentricity taken into account.

Absolute piece of------ Garbage. Collet retaining lip not machined properly in the center. No quality control! Amazon should be ashamed to carry this product!
