Got the kit. No instructions. After removing the nylon gear from the screw driveshaft of the motor, the hole in the gear isn't big enough to clear the knurling OR the shaft itself? Am I supposed to grind the knurling down until the gear will fit? So many questions at this point. Definitely not "plug & play"
