Installed in a 2006 TDI Beetle, perfect fit to swap to single mass flywheel. All hardware required was included and it was an easy swap.

I am almost 10k miles in on this clutch now. It fit and installed perfectly and is working great. I can barely tell the difference between the DMF and SMF now that i am used to it. No regrets at all. Time will tell on the true longevity but i am sure it's fine.

Fits ahu with 02a cheapest way to go to get a new solid flywheel. My starter literally disintegrated into my bellhousing and wiped out teeth on my flywheel. Next cheapest replacement was around 400$. Got a few hundred miles so far no issues.

It was very difficult to get the transmission back in even though I had a transmission jack and a vehicle lift. My wife was very helpful. The flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate all fit well, and the car runs better than ever. I have two mk4 TDIs and the one I worked on definitely has the edge in the speed take-off department. No more shaking when starting on a hill or when the car is fully loaded. Hope this helps the next person who buys this.

Bought this kit to replace an older Valeo solid flywheel kit in which the pressure plate fingers were worn almost completely through by a defective throwout bearing. It is well-built and goes together easily but, and this is actually a plus in my book, the flywheel is over 4lbs lighter than stock, or the previous kit, so some of my driving habits need to be adjusted.

i'm very disappointed with this product, I bought this while I was in Philippines on line and went to new York for a visit, i carried with me in my luggages from ny to Philippines, I paid 175 us dollars for the freight. only to find out it does not fit my 2003 audi tt. what a waste of time and money.

Ideal kit! It's simply a Direct replacement for the dual mass flywheel setup. It cost less than the original kit and can handle more power and I've been using Valeo conversion kits on differents VW and never had bad experiences !For people that might think a single mass flywheel would not be quiet and would transfer more vibrations, you can probably not tell if it's A DMF OR SMF...Highly recommended !
