Good coverage for the windows and very easy to install. However, the size of the openings in the grid pattern do still offer an opportunity to open the locks. So, I would recommend a tighter grid pattern on the wire in order to strengthen this product's effectiveness. Chances are they will provide enough deterrent as they are to prevent another break in. But, if the window is broken there is enough "flex" there to allow the door to be unlocked. Bottom line: I still recommend these.

These fit the windows nicely and installed easily with some sheet metal screws…but ultimately didn’t work. The thieves broke the window and simply used bolt cutters to get in. I’d like to find something out there made of thicker gauge steel.

Just lost $1000 worth of tools with these on my van. It looks like they just hammered until they broke a corner and they were able to reach the interior door unlock. No special tools needed! Nothing is even cut. If you live in a city get something better!!!!

I did the research and found a really good price on the screens. The Ford Econoline screens were interchangeable w my E150 . The shipping time was also reasonable coming from Canada.
