One of the only SAE sets I’ve been able to find in this style, ratchet mechanism has a little play in the head but have not broken any so far and they have been heavily used

Upon inspection of my new tools I noticed that they are coming apart. The swivel head bolt is backing out. I can repair it but shouldn’t it come all together with no issues?
