Works well, wish cold water was colder - our last machine the water was super cold -BUT this one does the job. Looks very high end, packaged well, arrived in perfect condition - however shipping labels were on the bottom so it did come upside down which isn't ideal considering it contains refrigerant. Beware you will have to let it settle for 24 hours before plugging it in and turning it on - regardless of whether it arrives upside down or not.

I gave this 4 stars more due to the manual ommissions and inconsistencies than the machine itself.We have had this water dispenser for 2 weeks. So far it is working as expected/hoped. There are three faucets for water. One is for hot water,but we don't turn on the heater so just use this for room temperature. The "Normal" faucet dispenses water slightly less cool (so it seems to me) than the "Cold". All this is working fine.I bought this because the description states "Self-Cleaning" and everywhere I looked that is what the description says that on other websites as well. However the manual does not mention the self-cleaning function at all which leaves me wondering a bit. There is no way I would have bought it if I didn't think it was self-cleaning as there are other choices. So, hopefully the manual is just the problem here. Also on page 5 of the manual is "...a green switch that turns the heating function on and off". Which is quite wrong (red switch). Two places it mentions 4 inches clearance from the back to the wall and one place it says 6 inches. The manual claims that the bottom of the box is separate from the top so you can just lift it up and off the dispenser. I've had a dispenser that this was true for but it was not the case for this. After I slightly tilted the dispenser and had it held, I was able to cut the tape and bend out the bottom flaps so I could then lift the box off the dispenser. I guess I am getting tired of manuals that aren't checked for accuracy, etc.I do like the adjustability of the tube that goes into the water bottle as it empties the bottle better than our previous cooler. At first I ran 8 or 9 gallons of tap water through the dispenser before putting a "good" water bottle in and once it got running I did not notice any bad taste.

No more keeping a water pitcher that takes up the fridge space for cold water and no more boiling water for a cup of tea. It's so convenient to have it served on demand. Only thing that bothers me is that it makes noise after getting hot water. Otherwise, I like it.
