I use this Velcro in my RV to secure things down that I don't want to have to constantly put away every time I move. It works great!!! I even installed cameras on my RV and used this Velcro to solidly hold the cameras on so I didn't have to drill into my rig! I first thought that if I used Velcro the camera would wiggle around when the wind blew, but I was totally wrong! I even travel with the cameras attached and they never even budge!!!

I have a pair of bowling shoes where one sole is modular and the other is not. The shoes are used and I didn't want to pay to have the side that isn't modular converted, so I sanded off the rubber sole on the non-modular shoe to the hard foam (and boy was that messy). I then cut two pieces of the "hook" side of this Heavy Duty Velcro to size and pressed it on the foam, using flat pieces of wood and some clamps. I was originally thinking I may need to glue it, but when I felt how sticky the adhesive was, I decided to try it as-is. It seems to have bonded perfectly, as I have used the shoes several times now and the edges still look great with no separation.Although not a typical use, I wanted to mention this in case there are any other DIYers out there.

I used this to attach a phone mount to my dashboard. The mount would not adhere on its own because my dashboard was too bumpy. This product adheres to my dashboard very well, and using velcro makes it easy to attach or detach the mount as needed.
