In my opinion, the paddle itself is 2nd rate. I wear a size L men's glove, so I do not have small hands, yet holding this thing I can barely touch the tips of my thumb & middle finger together, and the handle is flat, so it's not comfortable to hold in any position, even for a short period of time, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be trying to hold it with someone punching it over & over.Instead of buying a pair of these, I suggest buying a pair (for about $7.00 more) of the great looking & apparently ( I haven't used them yet) great quality "Hauyabusa Boxing Target paddles" which I also bought here at Amazon, with features like double stitching for durability, & comfortable handles.
