I work in a hospital setting where it is ALWAYS cold and absolutely love this jacket! The battery is a little thicker than i would like but is not an issue at all. I work 9hr shifts and the battery lasts all shift. (I only turn it on for 15-20min at a time because it holds the heat well.)

Bought recommend size. I would have sized down. Soft, warm, comfortable. Battery last me 3 days, I wear mine under another light jacket on cold iowa blizzard days and stay nice and warm

I loved this while it worked. Ordered in October of 2024. Easy to use, nice and warm.However, it stopped working in February 2025, less than 5 months.Battery charges. I tested it as instructed byt seeing if it would power my cell phone. conclusion, not a battery issue.Amazon referred me to Venustas. Venustas referred me back to Amazon. Cant return it, out the money. really bummed

I purchased this jacket for my wife for Christmas. Out of the box the battery would only hold partial charge. She used it at work and loved it as she is very cold nature. We were unable to get the battery to recharge. I reached out to Venustas and the customer service was excellent. The communication was great, they reviewed my concern about the battery and promptly sent us a replacement. My wife uses this jacket each night and absolutely loves it. I would purchase from this company again and would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent product. I originally ordered a medium based on specs. It did fit accurately but I wanted a little extra room to support warmer clothing underneath. The customer service center responded quickly with my requests. The helped with the return and provided a code to receive the same item at the same value. The battery takes some time to charge the first time but is well worth it. The jacket not only provides warmth but is very comfortable to wear. The battery pack is light and easy to operate with just a tap of the button. My shoulders are always tight, so I chose that area to heat the most. Great product I highly recommend.

I like the warmth of the fleece. The fleece in the arms is nice. The battery lasts as expected. I wouldn't trade a larger battery pack for longer warmth - the small pack is perfect - not overly bulky. I wear this at my desk. You could wear under a jacket on very cold days. Wish the arms weren't so large - they aren't really built for women's smaller arms and are kind of droopy/ big (but not too long). The sizing is correct. I am a size 12 and fit a large just fine. The zippered pockets are great. Wish they had more colors - I'd buy more!

I bought this last year in 2023. This year my jacket wouldn't heat up but the batteries were good. I wasn't sure what to do as the warranty had ran out. I emailed them asking for help and they sent me a replacement. I'm so happy as I love my jacket and now I can enjoy it!! Awesome jacket and awesome service.

Fleece is super soft and warm. Has interior pocket for battery pack. Warms up so quick with auto turn down once it’s warm. Ordered XL, probably could have got a large. Fleece is true to size. Sleeves are nice and long. Battery charged up quick the first time but having problems with the battery now. Will have to contact customer service.

The jacket worked perfectly until one day it stopped. I had a connection problem between the battery and the jacket. I submitted a warranty claim on their web site and got an answer back in 24 hours. Sent them pictures and videos of what they needed to see and 24 hours later they told me I would get a new jacket.The next day... Amazon delivered a new jacket.Only 3 days after submitting the claim!! I have never seen anything like this and I don't think they could have done any better.
