Springy, comfortable, and provided good resistance for the smaller people in our family. However, the waist belt is too small for a larger person (with a 36" + waist).

This vertical jump trainer is good so far. The resistance bands are strong and durable, and the set is perfect for improving leg and thigh strength. I have been using this for my son and daughter basketball training. I’ve noticed some improvement in their jumping since using it.Only concern is there was not really much in the way of instructions on how to use or wear. Had to do some research to find out the proper way to use these.

It is what it is but there could be improvements. The waist belt is sturdy (make sure you put it on with the D rings pointing down) and the resistance bands are comfortable to use with the fabric covering. Everything needs to be TIGHT for stability, which is uncomfortable during the exercise, but a little expected for something like a trainer. The ankle bands are where things are lacking for me.The ankle bands seem to be repurposed cable kickback cuffs, with a band to go under the foot. The band is sized for use with shoes and is too large to use effectively while barefoot. I wish they had a restraint to help with cinching the velcro tight, because the bands are hard to simultaneously adjust and keep in place, and that could translate to working muscle imbalances if one cuff is tighter or looser than the other. And for some reason, mine came with 3 ankle bands, so if you’re short one… I’m sorry, I have it.I wouldn’t consider this a professional product but if you’re a physical culture enthusiast/athlete, the quality is sufficient. My general fitness level, I’ve been functional training with bodyweight, rings, and kettle bells 3-4x a week for over 6 months, and the 60lbs resistance level is a little low/unchallenging for me. But jump training is a higher rep endeavor anyways so I’ll just have to do more reps and sets.

This comes in a little storage pouch that you can store them when they’re not in usage. It comes with a belt, the bands, and ankle straps that you attach the bands to.Depending on the weather, I’ll either work out inside or outside.I get a good leg and booty out with these.

The belt fits nicely around my waist. I'm not worried it'll come undone or anything. It's nicely stitched and made of a fairly thick material. The resistance bands are pretty resistant. I'm quite found of the resistance. I feel like they're getting the job done.I have other bands that could fit on this, so I like that these can be interchangeable with different brands/ products.

This is another great addition to the home gym. I like how well made the belt and bands are. You can add this to any lower body workout day to increase your strength. What is also a plus for me is that I have additional bands that will attach as well when I want to move up resistance.
