This medal came exactly as described. I gave it to our daughter as a gift. I purchased the smaller version which she can add on to any chain as the loop attached to the medal will fit on many size chains.It also did come with a surgical steel chain she will also use. I liked this so much I am ordering two more for family members

This medal is tiny as advertised,but it works for me. It is silver, made and blessed in Italy. Mine came with a nice long chain. I love thus and wear it everyday.
