Velvor does not care about their customers. Contacted them about missing self taping screws.I explained that tapping screws were missing from package and they just told me that they will contact there sales department to have ad changed. Picture and discription say that the screws are included, (see picture above).This is from the description of the item."Effortless Installation: The single post railing is easy and quick to assemble with complete accessories, including 1 x wrench, 4 x screws, 4 x expansion bolt. Just choose your desired location, mark it, drill holes on the mounting surface, set up screws, and finally place base trim over fasteners."This is their response,"The screw package of the flower-shaped handrail only has a wrench and 4 expansion screws without the self-tapping screws you mentioned. Can you look again?""We have received a response from the technical personnel, who stated that there has always been a wrench and four expansion screws inside the screw pack. We apologize for the misunderstanding caused by the incorrect description on the product page. We have forwarded this issue to the relevant department to urge them to make modifications."DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VELVOR, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND I AM SURE THE REST OF THE STUFF THEY SELL IS CRAP.

This single post handrail does exactly what I need it to do to make me and my guests safe. It is also attractive. The professional who installed it for me said the anchors? bolts? going into the cement were 1/4 inch too short; but being a professional, he had the correct size in his truck. In spite of that installation issue, I am very, very pleased.

Das Geländer macht stabilen Eindruck. Die Betondübel sind minderwertig und sind beim anziehen abgerissen. Grosses Problem, denn diese Anker bekommt man dann nicht mehr aus dem Bohrloch. Supportwebseite des Händlers lässt keinen Kontakt zu. Telefon Hotline des Händlers verweist auf Support Webseite. Amazon bietet lediglich Rückgabe an.

I have a step up to my porch. Getting older and need something to steady with. I love the design looks great. Put it on the walk way right beside the porch to hold on to, to step up on the porch. Very sturdy. Didn't take him long to install it. One of my best purchases

I purchased three of these handrails for my front porch stairs on August 2, 2022. They were installed on August 27th. A few nights ago, October 3, 2022, I was walking down the steps and used one of the handrails for support, when all of a sudden it bent to the left! Fortunately, I was balanced enough and didn't fall. I'm a 62 year old woman and have arthritis in my knees. The handrails have only been used for their intended purpose. Upon inspection, I found that the railing bottom had separated from the base. The only thing holding it to the base were a couple of very tiny welded/soldered spots. That's it! And, of course, I was past the 30 day return date.The next day I did a chat with Amazon customer service and they told me that there was a one year warranty through the manufacturer and that I should contact them. Great, right? I emailed Vevor through their website and explained what happened. They said they couldn't help me, but would forward my email to their Amazon representative who would handle it for me. This was supposed to happen within 24 hours. Super! The next day I received an email from the same Vevor person who emailed me previously, Daniel, and he asked if he could help me. I responded and asked him if he was the Amazon representative or the person who told me the Amazon representative would contact me? I've heard nothing since then.I'm frustrated and not happy at all. Someone who relies on the handrails for balance could take a tumble if this happens to them. I'm going to go back to Amazon customer service and see if they can do something to get the manufacturer to help me. Not sure how that will go. I will update. So far the other two railings are fine.Update - 11-11-22: I contacted the manufacturer and after a little bit of difficulty I was put in touch with their Amazon representative...that's what they called them...and a new handrail was shipped. It looks fine, but has not been installed yet so I don't know the durability. The other two I have are still in tact, so that's a good thing. I changed my one star rating to four stars. Will update if anything changes.
